Jean is a graduate of David Lipscomb High School and College with a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Music with a minor in Physical Education.

She was vice president of Estes-Taylor Company and later owned her own real estate investment and property management company. She provides accounting services and financial counseling to the Society.

Her history with the Church of Christ began at her birth and has been enhanced through her relationship with the Society.

She always has been involved in sports both as a participant and spectator. Music has also occupied a large portion of her life. She sang

soprano with the Symphony Chorus and other choral groups along the way. She has two sons, Robert Steven and Anthony Wayne, who is married to Anita, and one granddaughter, Maria Tesla.
